Ridgeway has extensive experience in the Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) of diamond and the CVD / PVD of other high performance materials for industrial and scientific applications. This experience covers the underlying science, hardware designs and operation, and the optimisation of CVD reactors / processes.
The Ridgeway group also has in-depth expertise in characterizing and optimizing CVD materials for specific industrial applications (ranging from mechanical and thermal to electronic and chemical).
A key strength in the team is taking new concepts and laboratory experiments and converting them into successful commercial products.
