The Ridgeway team has experience in developing large scale renewable energy projects including:
- Selection of the optimum land
- Environmental permitting
- Land purchases
- Transmission
- Power purchase agreements
As an example, the team managed the development of a 1.2 GW portfolio of utility-scale solar thermal projects ($0.5B value) in Arizona.
The team also has experience in project managing the construction of such projects, such as the 5 MW solar project now supplying power for Tucson Electric Power at the Sundt plant (winner of the ENR [Engineering News Record] 2015 Best Energy / Industrial Project), and a solar energy storage plant at the New Mexico Sandia Laboratory.
